By default, the Reason for Use will automatically be copied to each drug entry when logging multiple drugs for the same patient. No changes are needed to enable this.
If you prefer to enter a separate Reason for Use for each drug entry, simply select the Separate Reasons for Use checkbox. This will allow you to input individual reasons for each entry.
