User accounts are accessed using your email address and unique password but sometimes one user may need to have access to multiple hospital accounts using the same email address.
- If you would like to have this option, an admin must email support with your request
- Your admin will send an email from their email providing the user account/email that needs access to an additional location(s)
- Please ensure the names of the locations are included
- Support will confirm the completion of this with a reply to the submitter's initial email
- Multi-site users do not have to log out and log back in to switch logbooks.
- Click on the account name in the top-right corner
- Select Change Logbook
- Enter your account password
- Choose the correct Logbook from the drop-down menu
- Select Login
- Once a user has multisite access their user account will not appear within the users list in LogButler. If any changes to a user are needed, an admin will need to submit a request to support to assist with changes
