User accounts are accessed using your email address and unique password but sometimes one user may need to have access to multiple hospital accounts using the same email address.

  • If you would like to have this option, an admin must email support with your request
    • Your admin will send an email from their email providing the user account/email that needs access to an additional location(s)
    • Please ensure the names of the locations are included
  • Support will confirm the completion of this with a reply to the submitter's initial email
  • Please keep in mind, that when you have access to multiple locations, you still need to select from a drop-down menu the location you want to access, once you log in. Currently, you cannot jump between hospital locations without logging out and logging back in. This is done to ensure the user knows when a location has been switched and prevents accidentally working in the wrong hospital location



  • Once a user has multisite access their user account will not appear within the users list in LogButler. If any changes to a user are needed, an admin will need to submit a request to support to assist with changes
