If a log entry was logged under the incorrect client, you will want to locate it under the Pending section in the reconcile tab. Once located, use the following steps to change the client.

  • Click on View Details and select Edit
  • Scroll down to the client information, click on the Change Client button


 

  • Once you confirm that this is the action you wish to take, you will see the search fields to locate the correct client
  • Select the correct client and save the changes by entering a comment and click Save
