- In your log book, select Add Log Entry
- You will physically weigh the container before removing the dose and enter this in the Weight Before box
- Remove the quantity needed, then physically weigh the container and enter this weight into the Weight After box
- The Calculated Quantity is automatically calculated based on the mass conversion scale
- If the automatically calculated quantity is incorrect, you are able to enter the correct amount in the Actual Quantity Used box to ensure the correct amount is logged
