- If you know your log was created correctly, try using the filters at the top of your logbook to make sure that you are viewing the correct information to locate your entry (the logbook is defaulted to show the last 10 entries)
- You are also able to filter by client last name, client ID, or container number
- Additionally, ensure that your log entry was created under the correct medication. If your log was made under the wrong medication you can select Ignore in the Reconcile tab and create a new log for the correct medication.
