NEW - Signature Setting Option - Require Double Signature for Log With Waste Print

There is now an additional Signature App Settings option to Require Double Signatures - Log With Waste.

Any log entry where waste is recorded will prompt for a second signature before it can be saved.
When editing a log entry from the Reconcile screen, if waste is added to the log entry, the system will now require a second signature before saving the changes.
