If the provider on the log entry needs to be corrected, you can change this by locating the log under Pending within the Reconcile tab, clicking View Details, and selecting the Edit button. Here you will update the provider associated, enter a comment, and save.



If the log entry has an Archived status, it cannot be edited. You can click on the log from the logbook and select Ignore. The log entry can then be recreated using the correct provider.
